THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Now with the state cabinet nod against the entry of genetically modified (GM) food crops, Kerala government is set to write to the Centre expressing its concern against the Genetic Engineering Approval Committee (GEAC) plan to approve GM mustard. This comes in the wake of stiff opposition by a section of scientists, activists and public outcry against GM food crop as it poses a serious health hazard.
